Exchange or return cannot be done with earrings and masks due to hygiene reasons or replicated and creative design pieces. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges and returns of other items that are not stated above are accepted on a case-by-case basis in the event of any defect, damages, or shipping errors. These errors must be acknowledged within seven days of your order being received. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return can only be done if the product is unused and in its original state. Please email me for more information should you wish to do a return.
